Rooted in Kingdom values, RHWC exists to serve small businesses with excellence, integrity, and purpose. My mission is to help leaders steward their organizations well through strategic administrative support, and develop systems that provide consistency, efficiency and sustainability.
After more than a decade in roles like Office Manager, Executive Assistant, and Customer Service Rep, I recognized a deeper need, not just for structure, but for partnership. I saw firsthand how many business owners were overwhelmed by the day-to-day operations, flustered with overwhelming demands and confusion from where to begin with ensuring organization. That’s where RHW comes in.
With an overwhelming need for clarity, organization, and the desire to serve, I bring both practical expertise and spiritual discernment to every client relationship. I don’t just manage tasks, I help build systems, streamline operations, and create clear and easy to follow processes.
RHWC gives me the freedom to serve clients locally and remotely, while honoring my personal calling to live with purpose, travel with joy (often alongside my two beloved rottweilers), and build a life that reflects my faith in Jesus Christ, my savior.

Why do I do what I do?

Organization isn’t just something I do, it’s how I function. From an early age, I’ve had an instinctive drive to bring order and clarity wherever I go. My family jokes that my visit to their homes frequently results in neatly arranged pantries, countertops and silverware drawers, because I can’t help but make structure from chaotic disorganization.
That same innate ability has shaped my professional journey. Over more than a decade in roles ranging from Office Manager to Executive Assistant, I’ve consistently been recognized for turning chaos into calm clarity. Whether it was organizing workflows, building filing systems, or creating repeatable processes, supervisors and colleagues quickly identified my strength: the ability to take what’s messy, complex, or overwhelming and transform it into something simple, sustainable, and effective.
This natural skill is the foundation of every service I provide. From onboarding systems to benefits administration, I don’t just design processes, I embed clarity, compliance, and efficiency into the very structure of your operations.
